Roasted Chopped Chile Co. Green Hatch Chiles are hand-picked at peak freshness from the Hatch Valley of southern New Mexico, where high desert altitude, intense sun, and cool nights produce a flavor profile that cannot be replicated anywhere else. They’re then fire-roasted, diced, and chopped into a convenient pantry staple. Green Hatch Chiles deliver a bright, grassy, and earthy flavor with a sharp, medium heat. They can be used as a simmer base, topping, or finishing sauce. Gluten-free, vegan-friendly, and free from preservatives and artificial flavors.
