As a member of the lily family and a cousin to leeks, chives, onions and shallots, garlic has long been considered an essential culinary ingredient. Crushing, chopping, pressing, or pureeing releases more of garlic’s essential oils and provides an intense, more pronounced flavor. Melissa’s introduces Peeled Garlic in convenient 4-packs. Ready to chop or use whole, Melissa’s resealable package contains the equivalent of 4 bulbs of garlic. The peeled cloves are packed in groups of 4 to ensure complete freshness.

Leave the mess and hassle behind: simply remove peeled garlic from the zipper fresh bag for immediate use. Melissa’s Ready-To-Use Peeled Garlic adds great flavor to main dishes, stir-fries, soups, sauces and dressings — without adding preservatives.

Keep Melissa’s Peeled Garlic refrigerated.

6 oz bag = approximately 4 garlic bulbs.
