Dried Hatch Pepper – Hot

Let Melissa’s Dried Hatch Peppers start to heat things up in this collection. Unlike fresh peppers, dried peppers do not lose heat, taste, flavor or aroma when cooked.

Hatch Pepper Shakers, which are basically just dehydrated peppers, are a great way to incorporate Hatch seamlessly into your favorite recipes. What’s the difference between red and green Hatch, you ask? Hatch peppers that are left on the vine longer until they turn red result in a deep rich flavor, whereas the green peppers are picked sooner and offer a bright, zesty flavor.

Melissa’s Hatch Salsa and Red Hatch Pepper Hot Sauce make for great anytime condiments; spoon over eggs, pair with tortilla chips, or finish any dish that calls for a kick of Hatch that’s right upfront.

Hatch Seasoning is an excellent accompaniment to anything you feel like grilling. Add to burgers, sprinkle over veg … you name it!

Whether we’re entertaining or just feel like nibbles, we love serving Melissa’s Hatch Polenta as rounds, piled high with savory toppings.

If you’re the kind of person that prefers snacking over full-blown meals, we have you covered with this Hatch at Home Box. Hatch Clean Snax®, 2 flavors of Hatch Popcorn (Cheddar as well as Kettle) and Green Hatch Pepper Pecans round out the snack offerings in this bundle.

This collection has everything you need to make Hatch your own at home this year!
