The Japanese word “furikake” (foo-RHEE-cock-KAY) translates to “to sprinkle” and is often used as a flavorful topping for ramen, rice, fish, eggs, and even popcorn. It typically combines sesame seeds and nori, with endless variations depending on the flavor you’re after. True to Melissa’s inventive spirit, we’ve crafted our own version for our Clean Snax® line. Our Furikake Clean Snax® blends crunchy satisfaction with a classic umami flavor profile. It’s a mix of savory and sweet goodness that’s undeniably OISHII—delicious, to say the least. Whether on its own or as a topping for just about anything, it’s the perfect sprinkle for when you want to elevate your snack game.
