Baby Zucchini

Quantity/Pack: 3 Pounds
Seasonality: Year Round
Origin: USA, Mexico

Cook like a chef with Melissa’s Baby Zucchini! These adorable squashes measure just 1-3 inches long and have tender flesh and a milder taste than mature zucchini. Enjoy them raw for a refreshing addition to salads, grill for a smoky twist, sauté with garlic and olive oil for a simple side, or roast with herbs and spices for a comforting accompaniment to your main course. But that’s not all! Baby Zucchini tastes great air-fried to create zucchini “fries.” Consider dipping it in our gourmet, ready-to-use Hollandaise or Four Cheese Sauce.

To ensure peak freshness, store your Melissa’s baby zucchinis unwashed in the refrigerator’s crisper drawer for up to 5 days. Wash them just before use to preserve their delicate texture and flavor.
