Whether you’re planning a cozy dinner at home or looking for a thoughtful gift to share, Melissa’s Artichoke Lovers Kit delivers comfort, flavor, and just the right touch of elegance. Perfect for dinner parties, housewarmings, or a laid-back family night, this kit includes everything you need: four jumbo, California-grown artichokes, four ready-to-serve hollandaise sauce packets, and two juicy lemons to brighten things up.

New to artichokes? Don’t worry—these edible flower buds may look tough, but they’re easy to prepare and even more fun to eat. Just trim, steam, and serve. Pull each petal, dip it in sauce, and gently scrape the tender portion with your teeth. When you reach the center, remove the fuzzy “choke” and you’ll find the real prize: the artichoke heart—rich, tender, and totally worth the journey.

Store artichokes in the fridge, loosely wrapped in plastic or a produce bag. Hollandaise packets and lemons can be stored at room temperature or refrigerated.
